Position Summary:
This position will manage major Duties and Responsibilities: Corporate secretaries are the lead people who administer board evaluations, conduct corporate governance audits, help to resolve succession planning issues and assist directors with education, training and orientation programs. Corporate secretaries play an integral role in collaborating with the executive team.

Wilma lives in the North London area. She was delighted to join the corporation, and was introduced to Lesley Jensen by an executive recruitment agency. Lesley asked the CEO if Wilma a can be on her team and of Alex Macino, the European Vice President of European Operations. The following month we had Wilma a five year contract, she was delighted and is a credit to the corporation.
