Bounty Hunter, Tiger Smith is hired to track down and bring back to LA, a criminal bank robber on the Run. The chase leads to Rio de Janeiro Brazil, where extradition is not allowed. Casper Diago is not hard to find when three banks in Rio are robbed in one day, the LAPD ask Tiger to get him back to LA, any way he can for $2.2million dollars. Tiger heads to Rio in his black Ferrari with back up following. Its a midnight run to Rio. They must get him back by noon the next day.
