The secretive San Francisco underworld have many dealings with Mr. Black. Bringing in stolen diamonds, especially blue white diamonds, the San Francisco police begin their investagation that leads them into a hot pursuit of Carter Black. Mr. Black travels to San Remo, in Melbourne, Australia to steal over a hundred million dollars of diamonds.
